"Check in was seamless. Staff was very efficient. Danny at the Garden Court Lounge is always attentive and greets everyone as if they are longtime friends. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. As annual passholders, we try to stay here at least once a month. The grounds are a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of the parks."

"I liked that it was easy to access off the fwy & that it was close to a lot of attractions. What I didn't like was that we were in the middle of a busy part of the city & lighting in the bathroom was dim. It was a very nice & modern bathroom, but if you're used to putting on your makeup & doing your hair in the bathroom, I hope you have good eyesight."

"We had a late check in at 5pm there was a line out the door so we decided to have dinner and come back to check in later. We came back at 8pm and the line looked the same by the time that we checked in. It was a whole hour waiting in line. I was told that we were going to get comped the resort fee of $75 and I just saw that I was charged the $75 resort fee."
