"Nicest hotel either of us has ever stayed in. First time I ever used valet parking or room service. Both were worth it ! Only complaint I have is that we were told that there was no shuttle from the hotel to the aquarium. It's not a shuttle but a city bus that looks like a trolley car. We found it by accident. So if you don't wanna walk to the aquarium, I suggest seeking it out !"

"This is a sprawling property across from the beach and about 7-minute drive to main street Santa Barbara. We had a quiet stay. The picture on Expedia is misleading (shows a room with ocean view). we had a view of the Parking lot. Overall, a decent place to stay - no big surprises."

The price you have to pay to be in a construction zone is more than it is worth the staff minus the valet staff was something you would expect from a motel 6 and charged the price of staying at a ritz Carlton which I would choose if rather than be placed from one inadiquite room to another. "Das Resort liegt sehr schön an einer Bucht. Vom Hotel kommt man direkt auf den Boardwalk und zu einigen Parks. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten ist man in Downtown oder am Strand. Die Parkplätze auf dem Gelände sind sehr teuer mit 47 $ pro Nacht. Zusätzlich kommen noch Resortgebühren von 45 $ pro Nacht dazu. Der Pool war sehr schön. Es gab genug Liegen.
