"The minute we got dropped off at the property we were greeted by Eduardo who was very welcoming.
The whole resort was clean, our room was spacious and clean. The room service was always on top of keeping our rom well maintained. At the pool side Oliver and Gustavo gave us amazing customer service. We can’t wait to go back."

"I traveled with my family.
Staff is very rude to guest, the food is very bad quality, and their entertainment for night was extremely boring. Compared to my other experiences with Hyatt ziva this was a complete waste of money and time.
The cafe would give you the same drink every time no matter what you would ask for (they had 10 different drinks on their menu). And when I ask for a few chips they say there is a limit for the room service.
