Food was really good, staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere was nice. The only complaints were the staff seemed to always be trying to enter the room. Several times (even after housekeeping had come for the day), they would knock and try to enter. Woke us up a few times. Also, the walls/floors are thin, so you can hear things moving around and it's hard to sleep.

We love this resort so much. A lots of good restaurant options such as French, Italian, Seafoods, buffets and etc. It’s good that we were able to use both the Secret and Dream facilities when we stayed at Secret. Too bad we were able to use the main pool for a couple days before they shut it down for renovations during our stay. The main pool over Secret is the best. All staffs were super friendly and they made sure we had a great time regardless what we did. The drinks were also awesome.

The pools were under construction, but outside of that everything was excellent and we finished the trip with doing the chef dinner where a personalized chef cooked for us and we had a specific pairing of wine with each course. It was amazing and the service that we received from Sergio and Wendy and Benito was so personal and wonderful.
