"The room had so few plugins. You have a power bar to use???? Kind of unprofessional. The loft renos should have included a half bath. The breakfast buffet would be better down in the sitting area cause it’s hard to carry your food down to sit in the beautiful dining room."

"The Pinnacle is in a great location with bay views. The room was clean. The restaurant / bar was a nice feature with floor to ceiling windows looking out on the North Vancouver area. A good choice at a reasonable price."

"We stay here all the time before we fly out. The staff are always friendly and helpful. For the rooms they are always clean, comfortable, with great amenities, not to mention very quiet considering you are directly at the airport with planes arriving at all hours."

"The airport shuttle was prompt at picking us up. The hotel texted us a link with the driver name as well as visual of where the driver was relative to our position and his course to pick us up. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. The room on the third floor was easy to get to and the hallway was well lit with carpeting that was easy to roll out bags over. The room was spacious with a comfortable Serta mattress and comfortable pillows. All in all a very restful stay!"
