"We expected to have a good experience since the place has several positive reviews. However, what we experienced was completely disappointing.
On the first night, the room we booked for my mom and her husband had a serious issue with the air conditioning. During the night, it started leaking so badly that it felt like it was raining inside the room, which was very uncomfortable and alarming.
When we reported it at the front desk, the staff member was kind, apologized, and told us that if we came back, we would receive an “excellent discount” and that the experience would be different. We decided to give them a second chance, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
The so-called discount turned out to be minimal (around $10), and when I compared prices on Expedia, I found cheaper rates even without that “offer,” so there was really no compensation at all.
Additionally, we were initially assigned the same room from the previous day, which had not been cleaned. We had to go back to the front desk again to request a different room. In the new room, we encountered more issues: there were no towels, no soap, no shampoo, and although the air conditioning turned on, it did not cool.
Overall, the customer service was poor, and our experience as tourists was very negative. We do not recommend this place, as it does not meet basic standards of quality or service."
