2/10 Terrible

"We came here to swim for my son’s 5th birthday. We were told the pool would be open u til 10pm when we called BEFORE booking the hotel room. When we got there and checked in we went down to the pool to find it was NOT open and we asked the front desk clerk for a refund and told him that we would not be staying. He then said he couldn’t process the refund because he was not a manager. So we left and are still waiting for a refund since we did NOT stay at the hotel."

4/10 Poor

"No frills, cheap motel. The exterior is rough looking but the rooms appear to have been recently renovated and seemed to be mostly clean. Idid have to buy some Clorox Wipes and wipe down the toilet and bath tub due to some hairs. Avoid room 212. There is a hole in the door. Looks like they replaced the door knob and the new set did not completely cover the hole for the last one. They stuffed a tissue in the hole to try and cover it up. I asked to be moved to another room and they accommodated my request."
