"Had a really great stay at Rydges Rotorua. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well looked after. The staff were fabulous and very friendly throughout my stay. There was an issue with the WiFi in my room, that seemed to be isolated to that room only. The team investigated and when couldn't resolve it moved me to another room, which solved the problem straight away. Overall, very happy with the stay and would definitely come back."

"Nice location, walking distance to anything in downtown Rotorua. Pillow top beds were super comfortable! Spacious enough rooms and ample parking either on property or adjacent streets for free. Diverse and plentiful breakfast. My only complaint was that the breakfast area was a bit chilly since they had adjacent pool area open for overflow where it was colder. Very clean hotel and well-maintained property."

"Excellent location, rooms comfortable, quiet and well presented. Continental breakfast buffet had lots of options but food was old, stale and overall disappointing. You also have to pay extra for any non instant coffee on top of the $37 charged to us for breakfast. Definitely skip the breakfast if you have to pay for it. Plus side is there are lots of places within walking distance with much better food. Overall it’s a good place."
