"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around. The property itself is in need of a spruce up and a thorough deep clean, it feels a bit tired throughout. Our children were wearing light coloured socks and due to the hard floors not being cleaned properly, they were all filthy when we left. "A great hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff. Check-in was easy and quick. A great location being close to the town centre, bus station, Hovercraft terminal and Pier for Catermaran boat services to Portsmouth. It would have been nice if the check in time could have been a little earlier, as 4pm is quite a late time to start check in otherwise everything else was excellent. The breakfast was nice as it was included in the price of the room and you had the choice of a full English breakfast."
