"I am really surprised this hotel ranked so high on Expedia at an 8. When we arrived, I immediately noticed that people lived at this hotel which isn't a great sign. There were lots of pets. The hallways and stairways were dirty, and reeked of smoke. Despite the conditions of the hotel, the staff were super friendly. The room was decent with clean sheets, and the smell of cigarette smoke did not extend to the room."

"Room was clean. AC worked well. Coffee in the lobby was good. My only concern was that I checked in at night and was told my room was in a separate building across the parking lot. I was by myself and felt a bit anxious with the 50-yard walk across the moderately-lit parking lot. Good room for the price overall."
