"My partner and I stayed here for a week and had a lovely suite. The location is great - we were walking distance from so many museums and galleries. The Zocalo was always busy with activity and things to do and see. The only issues are that the area is very loud. Lots of people yelling and selling and playing music during the day and evening. It was quiet at night though, so it was not difficult to sleep. Having an afternoon nap or rest was not the best though. There is very little in the way...

"Excellent hotel in a great location near to Pino Saurez subway station.Very clean and the service was very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many options. The gym was well equipped and overall a wonderful stay. 15 minute walk to the Zócalo with many cafes and restaurants nearby. I would definitely return here for my next visit to Mexico City."

"Our unit was clean upon arrival, however, we had no hot water during our entire 6 days!! There were no bowls or plates but they do provide coffee cups and some silverware. The area is lovely and many museums and cathedrals - Zucolo square are in short walking distance which was a bonus!"
