"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an outstanding stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas. Everything was fresh, organized, and cared for with great attention to detail. The location was perfect—conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The food was absolutely excellent! Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, with a great variety of options. The dining experience exceeded our expectations and was one of the highlights of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, outstanding cleanliness, delicious food, and a fantastic location. We can’t wait to return!"

"Had a great stay and everyone was hospitable! Was worried looking at some reviews online, but in my opinion it’s an amazing place to unwind and relax. Property was well maintained and clean and staff were good. Would definitely recommend!"

"Our stay at Chaonian Hotel in Dhërmi has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcome, and the check-in process was smooth, warm, and effortless. We reserved the Signature Suite, and the breathtaking views overlooking the beach exceeded every expectation. Waking up to that scenery each morning has been unforgettable. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. Every member of the team has been incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. Their hospitality is second to none. We originally planned to stay for just three nights, but we enjoyed our experience so much that we extended our stay for another three nights. That alone speaks volumes. The restaurant also deserves special recognition. The service is impeccable, and every meal has been a pleasure. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with spectacular views and world-class hospitality, I can’t recommend Chaonian Hotel highly enough. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Staff went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. It is a beautiful location in the mountains, and the pool is great with gorgeous view of the sea. However, be aware the property lacks amenities. We arrived at 4pm very hungry and were told the kitchen was closed until 7pm and there is no place to purchase any sort of snacks or food outside of restaurant service and they could do nothing for us except to say sorry. Hotel room is clean and spacious with a great bed, but no safe in the room, no deadbolt lock on the door, no telephone in room, one small roll of toilet paper that was never replaced by maid service, tv was unusable. It feels that this hotel has much promise, with an incredible staff and new construction happening, but is a small operation and not fully modern and prepared for influx of tourists. Be aware that it is impossible to walk from the hotel to anywhere - car is necessary to go anywhere. Good option to stay in a quiet area while going to Dhermi for the day, but lacks infrastructure and modern amenities or convenience."
