"Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities."

You don't typically go to a hotel and find such a kind, responsive, and genuinely care from the hotel staff. "We had a wonderful three-night stay for my birthday celebrations. The location is perfect, with beautiful views, easy access to everything in the city, and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Our room was spotless and very comfortable throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was so attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make my birthday stay feel extra special. "The room and hotel was very nice. We did not have the hotel breakfast. We found a very good pastry nearby. The hotel is in a location that is a lengthy walk from the shopping areas and historic area. Not a lot going on along the waterfront."

"Enjoyed a night here last weekend. Went to Napoli game, so was perfect for that, as only a 7 mins walk away from stadium. Would recommend staying here for games at Maradona Stadium. Lala Metro Station is only 100 metres away. If sight seeing then probably better to stay in a more central hotel / accommodation. Staff were great. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection on offer. Only thing that let it down slightly was at night you could here a lot of goings on in room next door with doors closing and people chatting. I was staying here with my 13 year old son. Would definitely recommend hotel. Staff great, accommodation spotless and food great."
