"A 15 walk to train station on some pretty rough sidewalks, room was a noisy street, but lovely. I wanted to just turn the fan on to reduce noise and increase air circulation, but HVAC system was not functioning. Staff was friendly but limited hours."

No on-site reception, but prompt and friendly responses to all requests through WhatsApp. They do clearly state their limited reception hours but I got responses to concerns right away.
