"Really scary area for females! The roads around the hotel are blocked by tires, trash cans & lots of people selling what looks to be stolen clothes that are just heaped into piles. This area has tons of vagrants. I gave up my "non-refundable" reservation & just headed to a safer part of town & put down the money to stay somewhere else. Found this hotel with an AI search & will never do that again. Please be careful if you choose this hotel."

"What an amazing little gem of a hotel this is! We arrived and were greeted by the owner who assisted us with getting out bags out of the car and then drove the car to its parking spot for the duration of our stay. The rest of the staff were equally amazing - kind, generous and helpful! "Mariella and her team were absolutely lovely! I could tell she works really really hard to do her best to cater to everyone’s wishes. She made a conscious effort to accommodate my allergy at breakfast, and I’m super thankful for that. We stayed in the wine-room, which even had a jacuzzi!
