"The Family Apartment was very spacious for 3 friends (it had 2 separate rooms) with very confortable beds. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and very complete. The room and bathroom were very clean. The only drawback is that the shelves looked a bit run down and also that we could hear some noise from people at the pool, but not a reason not to stay here. The hotel is also in a great location, right at the entrance of Fira and very close to the bus station and the caldera walk. "

All the staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive. The lodging was sizable and interesting in how it was built into the hill.
