"Unfortunately I would say our experience wasn’t great. The balcony door was broken and when asked to have our room switched she told us not to worry it’s safe. Being that we were on a girls trip. We didn’t feel safe at all and the balcony was on the first floor. So people can easily just walk right it. That ruined the trip it self. The space it self was clean and huge. "Hôtel agréable, moderne et très bien situé. Très bonne literie et personnel très accueillant. Petits points faibles : buffet petit déjeuner assez soft et quelques petites traces de saleté dans la salle de bain. Hormis ces détails, super hôtel où nous pourrions retourner sans problème."

"This hotel was beautiful. Staff always on hand to help. I received an upgrade and the room was amazing! The location was great with lots of places to eat around the area. The hotel also did nightly buffets with entertainment. I would 100% recommend and will be returning myself next year."

"We were forced to book this hotel last minute due to a cancelled flight and no other options. It was incredibly expensive and not worth the cost. The hotel is very old and outdated and the wifi does not work. We were able to check in late and the room was clean but I would not stay there again for that price. Definitely taking advantage of low inventory on the island"
