"The rooms are basic but really good. Just need stronger fans as it was very humid. But the people and the place is amazing. Our tour was excellent, the local crew who took us for the crew were the best. The food served in an island was one of the best we ate. Also the food served at the resort was by far the best we ate. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located, its very near famous resturants, bars and shops. The hotel is clean and decent. The staff were also very friendly and accomodating. My only comment and suggestion - Theres no suitable place to hang clothes to dry especially after a full day of swimming so the hotel would really benefit with a dryer or clothing rack in their balcony on the top floor. Other than that, our stay is all good 😊"

"Discovery Island Resort was incredible. The property was so chilled and tranquil. The room, pool, restaurant and the grounds were lovely and spotlessly maintained. But most of all the management and staff were wonderful. Toni and her team were always courteous and efficient...and made us feel welcome the whole time. Can't wait to stay there again. Der Rrst entdprach nicht fer Beschreibung Kein Wifi, kein Privststrand, man darf nicht ins Wasser wegen Quallen, kein Restaurant, die Tür zum "Bad" konnte nicht geschlossen werden weil verzogen, keine Dusche nur ein Schlauch mit Eimer, das Geländer die steilen Steinstufen zum Bungalow hoch war morsch und knickte um wenn man sich abstützte (bin dadurch hingefallen), Ameisen im Zimmer. Bin nicht eingezogen. Habe sofort eine neue Unterkunft gesucht. "

"PROS: ULTRA secluded, most quiet location by the ocean that you might ever find, with a very chill vibe. Half mile long white fine sandy beach, which often you will have all to yourself due to the closure/ bankruptcy of the neighboring resort. The locals in this region are very friendly, and will actually acknowledge and smile to tourists. Hot water and A/C are available. Good road around the island, but some steep hills. Our tricycle with luggage did not make one of them. The ladies/ hostesses...
