"Très agréable bungalow et un personnel aux petits soins qui nous a chouchouté. Dommage que la l’eau de la piscine n'invitait pas à la baignade."

"Wonderful resort"

"Except the sheets on the bed, nothing about the room made me feel as though it had been cleaned any time recently. Bathroom had mold in shower and vent in bathroom looked like the lint from the dryer’s filter"

"Smal bungalow in second road, but you can still see the ocean. The standard of the bungalow is too low! The bed and pillows where fine, but the rest is not good enough. No refrigerator in the room."

"The room was clean and was just ideal for an overnight stay before we catch the boat to Koh Lipe in the morning. The staff were very welcoming, they can converse in English and Malay. Location is perfect for the boat to Koh Lipe, around 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There are plenty of places to eat in the area - good seafood restaurants. There is a 7 Eleven nearby too. I would strongly suggest that do not book the boat ticket direct from the hotel to avoid any issue trying to board at the...

"We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app). We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom. The bath fixtures are very dated and in need of repair. The shower dripped day and night so we had to keep the door closed so we could sleep. The only other thing is there were no clothing hangers for our clothing. Some I like to hang to let the wrinkles out and I like to handwash some clothing but nothing to...

"The triple room we booked was big and very cute. I loved it but our toilet was plugged on arrival. They did not have a plunger so we had to move rooms up a flight of stairs to two double rooms. I had asked at booking which floor the triple room was on as I wanted a main floor but now we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs, and our group was separated. Other than this slight inconvenience, the staff were very friendly and helpful. After the night market we had drinks on the patio with...

"Chambre calme et confortable avec balcon privé donnant sur la plage. Communication peu aisée avec les aubergistes pour des questions linguistiques."

"Helt nytt boende så allt var i toppskick. Personalen var jätte hjälpsam och trevlig. Trädgården till boendet är ännu inte färdigställd och hade varit bra med strandhanddukar och någon hängare till kläder."

"Camera grande e pulita, personale gentile e professionale. Ottima colazione a buffet, ricca e varia. Grande piscina e parcheggio. Ottima sistemazione per una sosta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo."
