"If you are looking for old-world charm, this fabulous hotel has it in spades. This is every bit a 5 star hotel. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and the staff is impeccable. Attention to detail is the rule. Breakfast was fabulous and the lobby is a wonderful place to relax and have a drink after a night out. At first the neighborhood seemed a bit on the gritty side, but that seems to be much less of an issue after we got the hang of things and were more comfortable. We think...

"Good hotel with an impressive rooftop view and lovely room. Gym was not available when we arrived in the evening and in the morning at 8.00 I was told it is closed because guests are still sleeping. Super disappointed that I couldn’t use the gym and staff were not helpful in making any arrangements. Opening times are not available online nor on the gym door so I found myself twice in front of a locked door ready to workout."

9.0 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (357 nhận xét)
"We enjoyed our stay at the Massimo Plaza Hotel. The best aspect was the location across from the Teatro Massimo, which is the third largest opera house in Europe and a meeting place for many local tours. The neighborhood is nice and very walkable near restaurants and markets. Breakfast in the dining room was okay with an assortment of breads, fruit and salami and cheeses. The main downside of the hotel was that the room was dated and worn. Parking is a 5 minute walk on a side street in a...
