"I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off. We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest. Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved.. Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like...

"Everything was great except breakfast part of our stay. The guests waited behind several staff members filling plates to get their breakfast. Then guests were standing around with no hot items, fruit, muffin or bread items left. We ended up going out for breakfast, there are plenty of places to go nearby. This happened Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Possibly this was a one time problem and was handled. Tuesday and Wednesday we were able to have a great breakfast. The location is convenient to...

"The room seemed clean but the carpet was dirty (my socks were black after walking in the room) and our bathtub was almost completely clogged (I reported this but asked to not have it addressed during my stay). The breakfast was okay but I would’ve like to have waffles available throughout the week. Front desk staff was nice and greeted everyone that passed by the front desk. I would return if it is better maintained."

"The place was great. Did not like that I had to pay for parking. When I checked in the night staff was very disrespectful and when I reported this to the manager he had a bunch of excuses that the staff is there alone and has personal issues so he understands why they are like that. I have never heard this in my life. It's okay to be disrespectful to guests because what..... . His offer to appease me the next time i stay there was unwelcome. I won't ever be going back there. Floor above did not have carpet and I could hear a lady walking in heels making noise. Front staff chatting unprofessionally. Not very welcoming feeling. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good."
