"This facility is absolutely breathtaking. The staff is very helpful in assisting you in finding your room, as the grounds have many buildings. We came from LA, and as soon as we got our room, we got a burger from the main pool area. That burger was well-cooked and nicely presented. We had a 1-bedroom villa with a golf course/lake view. Magnificent! We will definitely keep coming back."

"The exterior cleanliness could definitely be improved. There were several large dead bugs near our door and elevators. Lots of hair and little debris in the pools it felt a little gross. We did not receive house cleaning during our stay due to only staying 3 days. Very expensive parking fee on top of an expensive stay with very little amenities. Therefore did not see value for the price. I felt a little tricked and harassed upon check in with promise of free gift only to be presented with a sales pitch and no gift, silly but it’s the little things you know. We liked the water slides and spacious interior of the room. Also the robes were a nice touch. Overall it was ok but could be better."

"I had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Palm Springs. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help, making the entire experience feel relaxing and effortless. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and every detail reflected the high standard you expect from a luxury hotel. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again on a future visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway."

"The air conditioning in our room sounded like a jet propeller. It was 109 degrees outside, so we had to use it. The bathroom vanity was so tiny. These rooms were obviously older; they were clean, however. Free parking--the bonus!"

"The villa we were intially assigned had no air conditioning. It was sweltering. We called twice, and after an hour, we were told we'd have to move to a different unit. The second room was ok until our 4th night, when the air conditioning also went out! We did get it fixed within an hour. Parking was $30 a night, which was outrageous. Prices at the little store were excessive. The food at the pool was very expensive. A hot dog was $15."
