It was exactly what was expected for the price. Bed to sleep in, although, it was not that comfortable. Working shower with hot water. AC worked. TV worked with several stations including HBO. The other guests however, seemed a bit sketchy and there was a T-Gender man turning tricks two doors from our room. We spent one night and left.

The place is exceptional. Staff is nice, room was clean, accessible to downtown. There's just random people knocking on your door at night asking to enter your room so just make sure to double lock. The place could use a security staff at night.

We actually showed up a day early, very late at night, but the front desk lady was so kind and helpful—she made sure we could stay in the same room since we already had a reservation for the next day, which we really appreciated. The hotel is very basic, and for the price point that is expected and okay, Housekeeping staff were very friendly and cleaned when you asked. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating to me. It was Coachella week and the hotel was insanely busy with the cast of characters that event brings to town, so a little patience and a smile went a long way with a very demanding and frenetic crowd. Kudos to them! Would stay again.
