"At first sight I thought the room was nice and as advertised. Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move. "Had to call maintenance to lower air conditioner. He was very nice n patient. No hand or face towels in any of the washrooms. Asked for kettle to boil water and they gave us a pot. Our joint guests in next room had no soap or sharp pops in one of the bathroom. "
