the place needs alot of work. staff at the front desk "Carter" to be exact needs to be more professional with staff as well as customers. broke elevators were broken, fire alarm went off at 2am and we also found many dead lady bugs throughout the room and also had to kill a roach.

The staff were friendly, but the rooms had an unpleasant smell. The towels smelled like cheese, and the sheets did not smell clean. Also, the service at the restaurant downstairs was not good and food was overpriced.
