We had a lovely stay at Lumia. The staff were very helpful, and the room was pristine and very comfortable. It’s in a brilliant location- in the centre of town but close (within 10 mins walk) to both the port and beach. Grazie!

We booked an apartment for 2 nights. Valentina is lovely and the area has a beautiful vista. The apartment was quite austere, not very comfortable but spotlessly clean. The bed was quite uncomfortable and hard. It was not my choice to have a ground floor apartment and I was hoping for a room with a view. We were invited to stay with some friends on the 2nd night so left early. This is only my impression of the ground floor apartment and I would not choose to stay in that particular room again,...

Everything about this place is perfect, from the views of the countryside, to the pool (with swim flow), Salvatore himself and all the staff. Easy to find, simple and safe to park and a beautiful meal. We’re lucky enough to travel extensively in Europe and this is one of the top few stays we’ve had.

As we were only passing though on our journey south this hotel suited our needs perfectly as it was close to the motorway and close to the port of San Salvo where there were plenty of restaurants. The hotel has very friendly staff, very modern, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable, especially the bed. Would definitely stay again on our journeys.

We arrived on a day with rain, during the peak of the Italian summer holidays, so this appeared to mean there were lots of families at a loose end. This impacted the first impression of the hotel as we entered to be greeted by a number of people sitting around in the spacious lobby, with a TV blaring children's cartoons. (Quite a contrast to the serenity which reined the next afternoon when we left.) The hotel is sleek and minimalist, with the feeling of a spa, which meant it had lots of nice...

A little difficult to find, but ask an Italian the directions and they will take you if not too far, the hotel is excellent, clean & comfortable, as we arrived late in the evening the restaurant closed at 10pm, but the owner, promptly made us a large pizza and fry's, if you want to see how the real Italians live, this is the perfect place and you won't be "ripped off".
