The hotel is nice, has great service, friendly staff, conveniently located if your going to San Jose in particular. My only hiccup for me is that the restaurant is just decent. I can’t complain because I got a really good deal for a 3 night stay and if you’re getting a good deal go for it but don’t expect the same four seasons experience you could get from San Francisco, LA, Chicago

The Best Shower In The History Of Showers

We were here for a weekend of hockey games and cant wait to book again. The hotelcwas very nice and clean. Very quiet too. My favorite thing was the shower. I have been taking showers for fifty-plus years and this was by far the best. Perfect water pressure! Front desk was very friendly, valet and doormen were very friendly. Housekeeping was very polite. We will be back!

Arrived quarter after check in time and the room was not ready so they put a rush to get it ready. Check in staff was awesome, they were apologetic and accommodated our wait with refreshments. The room smelled like old carpet cloaked in floral scented fabreze or some sort of air freshener since it was just cleaned. We almost asked for another room. We turned up the heater temperature, made coffee and peeled tangerines to change the smell and it worked so we didn’t have to ask for a different room. Room was comfortable and quiet overlooking the freeway traffic from the sixth floor. Room service food and staff were great!
