"This charming B&B in Grand Haven was clean and spacious in a lovely residential area surrounded by other old homes of the period. The renovations and updates done to it were incredible and belong in a magazine. It was nice to sit on the front porch and read early in the morning or chat with other guests. "Check in staff was unprofessional and smelled of cigarettes. The ac unit was ridiculously loud and moldy. All the walls and furniture looked abused and the toilet ran all night. The bed was clean as far as i could tell, but hard as a rock.
