I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet (even during San Fermin) and clean. The dorm-style room was nice, with a small fridge, kitchenette, and private bathroom. It was nice to be able to do some laundry too. The staff was very friendly as well.

Lieu agréable et calme pour découvrir la ville de Pampelune. Le logement est un peu excentré de la ville. Il semble plus simple de se déplacer en voiture. Nous n’avons pas tester les transports en commun. Le seul point négatif reste la barrière d'accès au parking. Nous avons rencontré des difficulté pour ouvrir la barrière.

Content de notre expérience

Nous avons loué une chambre dans cet hôtel pour visiter Pampelune. Nous avons tout aimé. La chambre est simple. Propre et rangé. Il y a une porte entre la cuisine et la chambre. Nous trouvons cela utile, surtout tard le soir ou tôt le matin. La cuisine n'est pas conçue pour cuisiner réellement. Peut-être réchauffer quelque chose... Il n'y a pas assez d'ustensiles pour cuisiner. Mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Le petit déjeuner était inclus dans le prix. Et cela nous a suffi. Parking sur place, salle de sport. Baby-foot. Il y a une table de billard. Mais malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu trouver les queues de billard pour jouer. Non loin de l'hôtel, nous avons trouvé deux grandes aires de jeux pour les enfants. Ce qui était également nécessaire pour nos garçons de 7 et 9 ans. .Nous avons passé la soirée, la nuit et la matinée à l'hôtel. Et nous avons pris note de cet endroit pour pouvoir à l'avenir nous y arrêter à nouveau si nécessaire.

Bienvenida desrespetuosa.

Bienvenida grosera durante el registro. Pagué 330 € por 3 noches, 6 meses antes. Cuando llegué para check in (sábado, 14:30, 6 de julio), me dijeron 3 (¡!) recepcionistas sentadas juntas delante de un ordenador que mi alojamiento no estaba pagado y que debía pagar. Casi pagué el doble. Estas jóvenes insistían en que no había pagado. Les expliqué que debía estar pagado, ya que siempre pago por adelantado, y les enseñé la reserva que muestra claramente que está pagada. Me dijeron que eso no era una prueba y que tenía que presentarles un justificante de pago del banco. No se molestaron en verificar nada por su parte si estaban equivocados. Tuvieron que pasar 20 minutos regateando con ellos y mostrándoles pruebas para que finalmente comprobaran que se habían equivocado y que, efectivamente, ya estaba pagado. No dijeron nada, ni una simple cortesía básica de decir simplemente "lo siento".
