Jardines de Lago is a very cozy, romantic place, very well maintained. The staff is very attentive, especially Sole, who attended to all our requests. The breakfasts were excellent, and the views were wonderful. Great place to stay to enjoy Lake Atitlan

The property is very well kept with friendly and attentive staff. Everyone was helpful and the view was outstanding. Dinner was what you would expect from a hotel, but breakfast was excellent and the coffee was even better.

The hotel is located by the lake with an incredible view. Restaurants availability and food offer invited to visit them. People service were friendly and polite. Amenities were also convenient for a family with 2 teens. We really enjoyed our time there.

The hotel grounds are beautiful. The view of the lake is expensive and breathtaking. Loved the on site restaurants and coffee shop. The room was clean and staff was on point. My only complaint is the noise! I read some reviews mentioning it before but I ignored them. Big mistake. Dogs barking loudly non stop at 3 am and there seems to be a disco on grounds. The bass made it impossible to rest.

Pleasant stay, they allowed me to check in early which was wonderful after a long flight and shuttle from Antigua. I was unaware there was a wedding going on while I was there so it was quite loud until early in the morning but I understand that. Overall I enjoyed my stay and thought the town was super cute. Beautiful view of the lake
