"View from the room was beautiful. Being in the top floor closing curtains wasn’t necessary so the view was 24/7 of that what you want. However the door was jamming and the bathroom was a bit small. The last and only complaint is, they need a new detergent because everything had an only washed in plain water vibe. Not even the industrial stuff lol. Otherwise it was great literally 50 step to the water from the steps, and despite the little quirks I’ll go back."

"If you are just looking for beachfront property and cheap pricing then this is the spot. There is no breakfast, rooms are old and moldy. Mattress in pullout was COVERED IN STAINS. Dirt in every corner of the room. A lot of mold and rust by the back door facing the beach. Lobby furniture was ripped. The view was exceptional but everything else was under par. It made the overall trip uncomfortable. Housekeeping took over 2hrs to bring us toilet paper from my initial call, I had to go downstairs...

"The master bathroom toilet leaks around the base so don’t leave the toilet paper beside the toilet! The room was not cleaned properly. Our shower was nasty, and the floor had sand and hair on it. The stairs by the elevator smelled like the monkey exhibit at the zoo. The elevators times are awful. I wish every floor had a walkway from the condo to the parking garage then the elevator wait times would be better, instead of just the first 6 floors. Women at the resort were wearing inappropriate...

"Visually the room looked clean however when we got in bed, the bed smelled funky; a cross between a musty smell and a body odor smell. It did not smell clean. It was so late and we were so tired that we just went with it because we had to get up the next morning and leave. Also the walls. I don’t know what they’re made out of but I heard everything and I don’t hear very well. I have an ear that I have significant hearing loss and I still heard people in the hallway, people upstairs, doors...

"The overall experience was just okay. The air conditioner in the room gave out moldy smell, bathroom floor was not cleaned properly- I was on my knees wiping it after noticing hair that did not belong to anyone in my family. Also, the TV service in the rooms was out because of the lightning. The staff has not updated anyone on the resolution of the issue and did not even offer any apologies.
