Imbalances Stayed!

I was mislead with inaccuracy information. I was lead to believed this was ocean view from the condo, it was not. We got a unit that is between two buildings. Upon arrival we did not had any privacy. We had to improvised during our stay with paper towels and masking tape. The front side window has no blind and the living sliding doors curtains did not covered the whole opening. The information also said there were two bathrooms, we only had one. The shower only had hot water, could not shower due to no cold water as the shower diverter valve did not work properly. Water pressure was low on shower. Overall, our experiences was 50% great as the AC works great. We will not be coming back to this location again.

We had 6 people in our group. No cable in the kids bedroom, called 3 times and was never remedied even with Xfinity guys in the parking lot. Only 2 washing machines for the whole facility. No one ever answered phones at the office. Only got the one set of towels for the whole week.. had to wash our own...EVEN HOLIDAY INN AND SUPER 8 MOTELS GIVE YOU MORE TOWELS!! AND THE RUDEST THING EVER WAS AT CHECKOUT TIME A RUDE CLEANING GUY STOOD DIRECTLY OUTSIDE OUR DOOR RUSHING US TO GET OUT WHEN WE WERE TRYING TO PACK OUR CAR. NEVER TREATED SO RUDELY EVEN AT A CHEAP HOTEL!!! ALSO I LEARNED THAT ANOTHER PARTY PAID 1000.00 FOR THE SAME ROOM FOR SAME AMOUNT OF TIME ...WE PAID 1850.00 FOR!!!DONT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA...DIDNT KNOW RENTING A CONDO WAS AS SKETCHY AS BROKERS ON WALLSTREET!!FOR 1850.00 NO TOWELS, RUDE SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION...I'LL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

I enjoyed my stay very much. It is a beautiful property in how they upgraded the interior. The shower was my favorite part of my stay after working long hours all week since I was on business. The only negative was Inwas to understand that the W&D was available to use. The poor was laocked to it. I called and was giving a number to a supposed maintenance person at Endless Summer, called and never got a response. I went to the property office and spoke with a nice lady there and informed me that they did not staff a maintenance person. So I got the proverbial brush off. The locked W&D dryer was for the owner to decide who uses it. Got it. Not a problem, but maybe take that option out if you don’t want people using it. Other than that I was very comfortable.
