Clean room. No one ever came to adjust the air after they said they would. U had to have a pin. It's was on 75 and hot all weekend. I don't have any complaints about the owner or the room. Jus th people that was responsible for fixing it.

The room we had was great. The only issue I had was while disposing the trash the trash can was not clean and the additional bag/spare trash bag was stuck at the bottom. Other than that the room was very comfortable. Would rent again. Thanks

Great bones needs fine tuning

Communication prior to check in was great! When we arrived at our hallway we got paint all over our clothes as the walls were painted with no signage of “wet paint”. When we walked into the condo we were jazzed. At first, it looked great. After unloading some suitcases, we noticed the living room rug was disgusting. Dirty and gross. My one year old was crawling around the floor during that ten minutes of unpacking and when we picked him up, he had dirt all over his feet from the dirty floors. The floors were not cleaned well. The condo itself was great. Everything else was clean (minus the floor). It was the little things. The fridge is turned off in between guests so our food was warm for 12 hours, the plastic shelves in the fridge were missing, the dishwasher wasn’t bolted to the counter top, the patio needs to be washed, etc. They have great bones they just need to invest some effort into the little things.

Overall the stay was okay…

Parking is tight. Take a compact vehicle if possible. Some rooms have designated parking. Just find any spot that’s orange to park if your room does not. Elevators are slow and take forever. When you arrive you have to go to the front desk to get a parking pass and apparently wrist bands. They charge you extra money for this. This is not listed on hotels.com site so that was disappointing to find out especially since it says free parking and no mention to wristbands. Overall room itself was clean but the hotel itself is having construction done on the walls. It’s extremely loud, sounds like someone is sawing through the walls and starts every morning between 8-8:30am and lasts all day. If you had kids needing to take a nap this would not be possible. This was frustrating and when I reached out to rental management company they acted as if they didn’t know. I even emailed them a video and pictures to prove it since they kept saying they were not made aware of any construction. This should be disclosed to consumers prior to booking a room at Shores of Panama. Pool was nice and I like the security at the gate to go down to the beach. View from our room was amazing.

Our condo was great , spacious , loved everything there except : elevators.. you do have to be patient especially if you’re on the upper floors . Would stay there again though because it was all lovely !

Elevators are TERRIBLE

I really enjoyed stay here, however the elevators were terrible. This is very very large place and every time you needed to get an elevator, they were full of people and had to wait FOREVER. Because of this, will never stay at this location again.

Place was nice overall , there was a police chase one of the days and the guy ran into our pool , then another night we were sound asleep and they started banging on our door and said that we were screaming off the balcony , I’m sorry but we are over the age of 30 and were asleep so had to wake up and explain they needed to check their cameras again , other then those things the place was nice .

The unit we rented from your company was not as all what you advertised. It was dirty, falling apart and outdated. The only positive was the pool was beautiful, however you have to purchase a wristband to use it.

The view is of the unit from the balcony I fantastic! The water pressure and temperature in the unit were great. The location of the unit is very convenient to everything. The fan in the master bedroom does not work. The area of the wall near the stand up shower appears dirty or moldy. I swept one night, and there was not a dust pan to get up the debris. Also, one of the cabinets (the cabinet where the plates are) has a broken off connector so it is hanging on by one. It is stressful if you need something from this cabinet because of the fear of it falling. I would not recommend this property specifically, but I would rent from Southern Vacation Properties again. The company was pleasant to interact with. The elevator situation at Shores of Panama is a nightmare as I read in the reviews prior to staying here. I don’t think the actual impact of the elevators is understood until it is experienced. The parking situation is a hassle, although it is nice having a reserved space. There is no quick trip because it will take 10 minutes minimum to get in or out of the parking garage I was unimpressed at the cleanliness. Honestly, if this were a business I contracted with to clean, I would look for alternative options. The bedside table was covered with pennies when we arrived. The floor felt icky to my bare feet. There were no washcloths in the unit; there were bath towels, two floor mats, and hand towels. There was something slimy in the stand up shower I removed.

The condo was nice to stay and nice to have balcony to sit and watch the ocean waving. Nice to have pool there also. But there were not any chairs or table on balcony. The bedroom frame was loose not attached to bed and needed to keep bed stay close to wall to hold the frame.
