"Positives: Great location, great view from room and balcony. Negatives: Heating unit does not automatically turn off with temperature setting. Unit has very few utensils. Only 2 cups for a three night stay. No wine glasses. Very few charging outlets. The ones available are far away from the bed. No facial tissues. Light switch for one of the bedside lamps did not work."

"My kids loved it the best stay we had ever so far so convenient you actually don’t need to leave the hotel area you have the beach across the street and the pier park behind it with all the restaurants and activities for all ages "

"I stayed at Portside Resort recently and was very disappointed. Booking was easy, and I got friendly reminder texts before arrival. But when I got there on Saturday, the office was closed—I later found out they don’t work weekends. I had to go to another address to pick up the keys, which was confusing since I hadn’t been given any clear instructions or a map of the resort. I paid ahead for parking and pool bracelets, but I never got the pool gate code. I had to rely on other guests to share...
