The property was just ok. The big rug in front of the pull out couch was disgusting, as was the couch. You could not sit on it without the cushions coming off. The silverware in the kitchen was dirty so we bought plastic. The remarks on this unit said it was updated, not the truth. Shame on people who lie but get there money from people who are just looking for fun with their family.

Tv didn’t work. Everyone employee but the third days answer was “I don’t have any idea”. No one answered the phone or email concerning this problem. Sink was stopped up. Man came to fix it immediately and new how to fix tv. Thanks be to him.

Overcrowded elevators, at least one would be out of service throughout the day. Out of 4 days and 4 nights 3 of the evenings were very rowdy with partying and 2 of those nights the police had to come. The place was fairly nice and priced accordingly but doubt I’d stay there again especially if taking my kids back.

The unit was outdated. Was dirty like needs a deep clean. The walls were scratched up all over. Had a couple broken doors and two doors didn’t lock in the bedroom. Also one of the smoke detector was missing in the hallway. The furniture was wobbly. There was a toaster but it didn’t work. Not enough pillows. I don’t recommend at all. The only nice thing was the view that’s it.

Overall we had a great time. The elevators are a nightmare and in need of some serious repairs but we were told they are going to be replaced once the busy season is over. The parking garage is meant for compact cars. And I highly recommend bringing a wagon to haul your stuff to the room. I recommend to have ratings on the owners, because while the owners of the condo we stayed in were great, we met another family leaving because their a/c was broke and their room was covered in mold.

Horrible elevator and parking situation. Had to carry the baby and baggage up and down 16 flights of stairs as elevators were crowded with long waits. Hooping and hollering and police there all night every night. Crowded beach. Dirty room. We were there with a baseball group and we all felt the same. Never would recommend and couldn’t pay me to stay there again.

The check in system was terrible. Was sent to the wrong room by security. Since it was handled by a broker that was off site no one knew anything. Place just felt dirty and all of the life was out of it. Elevators were in very bad shape.....Never want to stay at this place again....Can't say enough....HORRIBLE!!!

The pool was beautiful but too cold to use when we were there. nice access to beach. could walk to many things. Unit had some maintenance issues and the elevators on our end did not work. we walked up and down the 8 flights most of the time or went and waited for the central elevators. It was not busy when we were there, I can't imagine how that will be when spring and summer break kicks in

Everything was great. Only thing that was tough to be in long was the indoor pool area. Very strong chlorine, the kids eyes got red and irritated quickly. It would be nice to have a broom and dustpan in the room. With the tile floors you feel all the sand on the bottom of your feet, very gross and uncomfortable to get into bed with Sandy feet. But I will be recommending this place and we will return.

To start the trip we had to go to 3 locations to get signed in. After that we had to pay $150 in extra fees. The room was not bad, but would be small if there were more than 2 considering they said it was for 4 people. Every amenity was tied to a $27 daily rate you had to pay per person. This included the outdoor pool, indoor pool and beach access. Really the only thing you got for your money was a place to sleep, a place to park and a decent view of the ocean. I would not recommend nor would I consider staying again.

The view from the balcony was great. Loved the idea of kitchen where you can cook your own food the way you like it. The pool area was clean and beautiful but hallways in the building need some refreshing. I didn't like that we had to pay for the access to the beach for each day...

Upon arrival, after driving 7 hours and waiting in line for an hour to check in we were told to drive to another check in location. The hidden fees at the place are ridiculous. $200.00 at the management company and another $184 to use the pool. READ THIS : They don't charge you for the amount of people you actually bring, they charge you for the amount of people the room will hold. So I was charged for 10 people and 5 were on the trip. The room was not as clean as it should have been and the elevators are slower then taking the steps to the 7th floor. Parking a joke!

Do NOT stay at SHORES OF PANAMA--- EVER!!!!

I booked weeks in advance and had email confirmation BUT upon arrival I had no room! RUDE STAFF!!!! Not helpful at all. Email/ call confirmed a room on 5 th floor or below, but WAS PUT ON 19th floor. My teservation listed a king, a double and sofa bed-- had ONLY DOUBLE BED. Elevator broke/ HOT/ waited 45 min. To check in! I heard complaints from over 15 folks who eith me will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!! NEVER!! ...AND ALL FRIENDS WILL BE TOLD TO STAY AWAY FROM SHORES OF PANAMA. Linda Owens-- if you did what was RIGHT you would knock off some of the $1100 plus $150 to clean plus $179 to even GET TO INDOOR/ / OUTDOOR pool AND BEACH!!!!!

Great property.......but get ready for the fees

The proprerty has insituted new fees just to access the pool- over $27 a person. Our group of 7 cost over $200 with tax. This is in addition to cleaning and other fees totalling over $250.
