Lovely stay in Harmony

Comfy beds, warm shower, nice pool area and lovely staff. Also possible to book trips from the reception and breakfast included was good. Location is great, close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops but still quiet. All in all a great stay.

Service and staff excellent, no maintenance being done, even minor grounds not cleaned up. Breakfast is very limited bring your own fruit. Pool and rooms very clean, quiet area around, 5 min. walk to beach and 2 min. walk to Main Street.

Staff were nice and the general hotel and pool area were ok, but the room smelt damp and musty and there was black mold and cockroaches in the bathroom. I’ve stayed in worse places but I can’t recommend it

It seems that although this property has the making of being very good, it has the feeling of neglect. Pool initially had algae in various places and despite being a very busy time of year took 24 hours before it was cleaned. Pool area of single blocks very dirty and breaking up. Apparent single rooms have an outlook over a car park. Expedia room claims double/ queen bed… only two singles pushed together not even anything to close the gap! Breakfast modest amount no choice as same restated menu choices (6) every day, although cooked to order Room 105 had several faults all mostly solved by efficient staff especially Ann, thank you. Full report to Expedia if requested.

Convenient to the beach and restaurants. Hotel and furniture are dated and the shampoo are in packets (hard to open w/o a scissor) and tiny bath soap. Thanks to the friendly staff.

Amazing location and great deal

We loved our stay at Harmony. Only a 5-min walk to the beach, quiet hotel as it’s located on a side street. Rooms could be cleaner but if you are looking for a good deal with an excellent location, this is it! We would definitely return. The staff was so friendly and we experienced the fastest checkin ever.

HAD ALL WE NEEDED

Good location, wonderful landscape within grounds nice (shallow) pool, good breakfast. Rocky potholed road access to several resorts - you got to wonder why the infrastructure of the whole town is so bad and not looked after - local government should be investing on imprvements

One night at Harmony

The hotel grounds, pool, pool side restaurant (breakfast)/bar exceeded my expectations. Great location and quiet. The room balcony was nice. The only negative is the room itself is dated and somewhat run down. Bed was not comfortable and old style TV difficult to operate. However, ours was the most basic of room types as no others were available on our date of stay. The breakfast was basic but sufficient. Considering the reasonableness of our room rate I can't complain and the staff were most helpful.

Was a little disappointed because there was no housekeeping fridge was not plugged in but looked like it was. The tv had no channels our second night there. Internet was spotty and breakfast only gives 1 egg. The staf was friendly and the pool plus the ratio I enjoyed. It lacked staff so you couldn't get anything.

The way towards the property is a a dirty road and when it rains it becomes muddy. The restaurant has limited menu. The cable channel is local and no international news whatsoever. Since it is near the plaza where a lot of activities like music and dance is performed the noise continues until early morning.

I took out a cancellation policy with Expedia when I booked this booking but canceled it within one day and I paid $16 on the Expedia website for the cancellation option. And I was able to cancel it on Expedia website. I never went to this hotel and I never stayed there and I refuse to pay this fee because I never stayed at the property and I purchased a cancellation policy. This company is not abiding by the rules of Expedia and Expedia is not living up to their rules and I refuse to pay this through my credit card company because I never stayed at the property

First and last time.

My first room the safe didn't work. TV didn't work. Patio door wouldn't lock so nowhere to keep passport and money safe. Had room change but still the same apart from the TV worked so every time i left the hotel had to worry if everything was safe Wouldn't stay again.
