"We stayed at South Palms, now Oceanica, 8 years ago and enjoyed our stay then and still loved the place. Every staff were friendly and professional and were always willing to assist no matter what it was we needed. Due to the paying public being allowed access during the day, it was busier than normal. "Everything was amazing, and I really liked the location: away from busy downtown, free shuttle to local hotspot, and more. Beautiful rooms, amenities, and other resort offerings. Customer service was great as well, except the room service. Took an hour for coffee and had to call 3 times just for plates and silverware. "

"This resort is in a secluded location, very quiet and safe. The staff were very accommodating. It was difficult to get a hold of them initially to arrange for airport transfer. The numbers provided do not work on WhatsApp or Messenger, difficult with international phones and data only eSIM. I only received one response via email that I found on Facebook asking for flight info. Even then, there was no follow up. I wasn’t sure if we were going to have transport pick us up or not, but there was one...
