"This place is beautiful! We weren't sure what to do when we arrived at the front gate, but someone came out to let us in and get us all checked in. Our cabin was absolutely gorgeous, complete with a wood stove, Chilean toaster :), and a back deck with a view of the lake. There was a stairway down to the shoreline from the deck. "Sweet little cabin lakeside near Puerto Fuy. Very peaceful and beautiful location and surroundings. The cabin was fine, lovely build, but inside quite worn out and we felt a little disappointed given the nightly rate. "The service level at this hotel is terrible. Don’t be deceived with the beautiful surrounding forests and the well marketed architecture. There is almost no service. The staff is like floating clueless ghosts and everywhere in the hotel is freezing. The food is also terrible. Nawelpi is certainly not a 5 star hotel. I’d like to meet the person who gave 5 stars to this hotel. At best it’s 3 stars. The indifferent attitude of the staff is unforgivable. In the room, almost nothing works. "
