If you are looking for stunning views than the Park Lake provides them. Slightly away but close to both Pucon and Villarica, it provides a quiet haven. Rooma are well appointed and of ample size. Breakfast was great.

The check in was confusing, and they wanted to make a new reservation when they couldn’t find my email. BUT we insisted that we won’t pay again. A little unhappy about that experience but everything else - the breakfast, the sauna, the room, the view was amazing.

Hi just want to recognize the hotel and the staff, this is a great property looking out at the Lake, beautiful and amazing hotel. I just want to recognize especially to Nestor at the front desk, he was outstanding and very friend always willing to help and recommended place to go in the area, also vicente help us with the luggage, ypung guy very helpfull and very nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious and lots of varietis, oveoverther i want recognize Miguel, best serverver and very proffesional and very caring, hard worker and great attitud and great service, well thank you all in general.

É muito bom, o quarto foi mal planejado.

Hotel muito bonito, na beira do lago villarrica, com um restaurante gostoso a preco acessivel. Quartos e banheiros com bons tamanhos. Tenho apenas 2 ressalvas que me incomodaram bastante durante a minha estadia: O tamanho da cama: não existe opcão para 4 pessoas com cama queen ou king e o casal padrão é muito estreito nos dias atuais, ainda mais para ferias que gostaria de relaxar. O interruptor dos abajours fica escondido atrás do travesseiro, VÁRIAS vezes durante a noite acordavamos com alguem acendendo a luz sem querer! O abajour tbm tinha que ser ao lado da cama, e nao em cima da cabeça das pessoas. E apenas 2 tomadas para um quarto com 4 pessoas. Extremamente mal planejado esses itens.

Linda vista, lindas instalaciones mucho ruido

Inicialmente muy bien hasta que la música empezó a sonar, no hay lugar donde refugiarse del ruido, que se escucha casi dentro de la habitación Fuimos a plantear el problema a la recepción y la respuesta de “la gerenta”, fue más insólita, “tenemos derecho a hacer lo que queramos” dijo, en ningún momento ofreció disculpas, bajar el volumen del ruido o explicar que “lamentablemente “ sería así… fuera del ruido molesto que indica que no es un lugar para descansar, el resto estuvo en general bien. El resto del personal fue muy amable y muy dispuesto a ayudar Pasamos un muy mal rato por esta Sra que tiene unas respuestas que solo muestran su falta de preparación para el cargo

Um excelente hotel.

Muito boa, camas confortáveis, amplo espaço, frigobar , banheiro com banheira , muito espaçoso., pessoal muito gentil e simpático, principalmente com a recepção, de um senhor com um nome muito bonito. Café da manhã ótimo, infra estrutura de SPA, com uma vista para o lago muito boa. Vou voltar se a agenda permitir.

La tranquilidad del hotel fue lo mejor junto con la piscina climatizada y la exterior, también destaco la zona de saunas y el gimnasio. Lo que no me gustó fue el restaurant, ya que la carne no estaba fresca y por ende no tenia buen olor ni sabor. Lo malo también estuvo en la habitación, los enchufes no estaban todos buenos y la manilla del ventanal se caía. Estuve 6 días y no me gustó la higiene que hacía el personal en la habitación. El último día llegamos a la habitación a las 10:00 am después del desayuno y no podíamos abrir la puerta del cuarto, ya que habían desactivado la tarjeta para poder ingresar nuevamente a la habitación, y teníamos nuestras cosas aún dentro del cuarto, siendo que eso se hace una vez que se realiza el check-out.
