The front office Manager, the solo spoken English - was quite helpful and made our stay quite comfortable. The hotel is placed in a good location specially for tourist who would like to explore the Chime long experience."

"整體來說是比較失望的 第一，網站上的地址是錯的，連地圖都找不到，起初坐的士到那個地址所到處竟是一片廢墟，差點嚇死我們，最後是靠的士司機不停在附近找才找得到。到酒店後拿到名片發現地址竟和網站上的不同。 第二，房間比圖片上明顯小很多，參考圖片應該是經魚眼鏡放大的。 第三，酒店明顯沒有很多網訂經驗，前台弄了很久才處理到我們的訂房。 第四，房間裡並沒有電視信號，當我們問職員後得知只有wifi點播沒有當地電視收看，不過所謂的wifi點播最後都因故障不能收看。 另外，此酒店比較偏遠，酒店外非常難攔截計乘車，我們等了30分鍾都沒有，最後兩次外出都是坐當地的公交車然後轉乘地鐵。 不過酒店內服務和清潔都不錯，建議入住前最好先弄清楚有關地址及交通。 附上酒店名片上提供的確實地址： 廣州番禺南村鎮梅山村金江大道自編十號"

"We chose the Vanguard out of convenience and would probably not stay there again. Once a grand hotel but in dire need of renovation. Very noisy event going on during our stay that echoed through the whole hotel. Absolute worst bed that I’ve ever slept on! It was like sleeping on a box spring with no cushion. Brutal!!"

"Not happy. The property was not where it was listed on your site. I choose this property purely on its location within the South Guangzhou Train Station. I was purely transiting through Guangzhou arriving late in the evening and leaving early in the morning. The hotel is located at least a 15 to 25 minute cab ride away from the train station. After walking around the train Station trying to find the property I ended up ring the hotel and found out that it was no near the train station. And...
