"Amazing location & amazing staff! The food however in the main restaurant was not good. Very tasteless and you could tell they are not using quality ingredients. I really hope they upgrade their food! Would make for a much better experience!

"The W was absolutely just pure relaxation in the perfect environment. Costa Rica is not a one and done trip you have to go multiple times to experience all it has to offer. But this is the perfect location on Playa Conchal. Staff was veryy kind , food was good, loved our room the view was amazing and the shower indoor/outdoor I loved."

"Lovely and unique stay surrounded by nature! Front desk staff was very helpful, but restaurant staff were not very attentive. One employee was sifting down and on his phone the entire time, did not come to take my order - when I even got up to ask him to order, he still didn’t get up to help me and I had to go up to the bar. Was not very friendly. "
