"All the physical things and facilities were practical and very good, but we were MOST impressed with the friendly willingness of the management and staff to allow us to drop off our bags etc, early (because we were attending a course at Massey University). In fact, they were good enough to let us complete check-in in the mid morning - which was really very helpful indeed. Thanks wonderful Team. . . : )"

"Was a good hotel,m and would stay again. The cleaner needed to know how to remake a bed. The duvet was just pulled up and pillows chucked on. Not your usual room remake. Also never refilled the milk. My bathroom shower was also blocked which was grose. Apart from those small things. Room was good location was good and staff were easy"
