"We were so delightfully surprised by the class, cleanliness and communication of this beautiful hotel! Although we didn’t speak with anyone face to face - communication and instructions via a guest portal explained everything - and there were several ways to ‘get in touch’ with someone if we had needed to (email, phone number, QR codes. The shared areas were very clean and useful. The beds and rooms warm."

"Off street parking very easy. Hotel and room very nice. However the issues are a steep flight of stairs to get up to the first floor room. The shower is an overhead rain type over bath & not too good for older guests. The shower was difficult to get in and out of and the bath floor very slippery and quite risky for elderly guests. "
