"The staff was nice. We went on a Safari and we got to see lots of animals and we went on a dinner boat cruise and got to see hippos and and some other wildlife and that was a lot of fun. "For the money it is a good location. Not far from Paraa where it is 3-4 times more this hotel ot is a bargain. With little improvement could be a super deal. Even so it is a good deal. They have good restaurant with good fish or chicken and chips. Ladies serving and hotel ladies are providing good service. Management helped with check in and our needs in rooms. Some things in the rooms needs to be corrected but for the money I will stay anytime there again. This was my second time staying at the...

This hotel had only intermittent electricity (so no power to the small fan in the room at night). In 48 hour stay perhaps 2 hours of connectivity. I encourage Hotels.com to add a third category “wifi MAY be available”"
