"Overall this hotel was very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was pretty good, but repetitive. The specialized restaurants were a bit difficult to book. They filled up quickly but could only be booked 2 days out. We were there four nights and only able to eat at one of the specialized restaurants once. The rooms were clean and comfortable but again, nothing special. I guess the general review I would have for this location is that it is good for the price being paid. However, if you are looking for the ultimate experience than this might fall a bit short of that expectation. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and have no regrets about booking here."

"It was very clean. The food was amazing everywhere we want to eat. The food was 10 out of 10. The rooms were huge and beautiful. I gave an average rating for the hotel just because it was under a lot of construction, but it was very beautiful and the staff I feel could’ve been nicer and smiled more. Sometimes I would catch people rolling their eyes and just being very dry, but when we went on tours the staff on the tours and excursions were amazing very friendly very nice. I do have to say, though the stuff that I’m saying was very dry was in the buffet only everywhere else they were good and amazing and the energy was there"

"The property is beautiful and clean, and my room and view were great. I came to relax, and I was able to do that—but overall, this was not the five-star experience I expected. The biggest issue was dining. It felt like you had to compete just to get reservations, which was frustrating. There should be better guidance at check-in, especially with the app—I had trouble accessing it. The food was not the best. I mostly ended up eating at the sports bar and buffet because I couldn’t get into the other restaurants. it didn’t feel as friendly as other resorts I’ve visited. The staff work very hard to accommodate and I always try to give grace. There were also small issues, like my room not being re-stocked with towels Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this for a higher-end experience, "

"Property is beautiful. Make sure you choose your spot at the pool or beach early. My biggest complaint about this place is that they allow people to "save" spots all over. I watched 1 couple place towels at the beach, pool & cabana one morning. Many chairs are only occupied by a towel for hours. Frustrating. The food was excellent. I do wish that the breakfast buffet menu would change daily. It got old after the first couple of days. We will likely return to this property. We have stayed at many others and this is a top 2 for sure."

"Staff wasn’t so friendly. I left a day early because it wasn’t so pleasant. Staff wasn’t no help besides the guys. Women are mean and not helpful. Never asked did I need help or assistance. Property was nice and clean "
