Expresso coffee maker in the rooms. it is one of the best hotel money can buy (excluding, of course, the fancy one like Banff fairmont, Washington Waldorf Astoria and similar 5 stars). "

"Reviewing expedia not the room The description of the hotel was 30 minutes approximately from our preferred location. Expedia failed to give an address until after I booked. Then when we found out the hotel was in Tadousac which is a ferry ride away which costs about $100 and doesn’t even run at this time of year, i tried immediately to get a refund through expedia and I couldn’t. So I phoned the hotel and they said no problem cancelling with no charge, but expedia still charged me even though I cancelled. I emailed expedia to explain rhis and have yet to hear from them I will never use expedia again. I will attempt a complaint to paypal as well"
