The receptionist, Elizabeth, was extremely condescending and unhelpful. I arrived early on a quiet afternoon and was told “no” to early check-in with no explanation, despite rooms being available. Even when I offered to pay extra, she refused and spoke in a patronizing tone. After asking for a manager (who she said was unavailable but was actually nearby), she suddenly became able to accommodate me, something that could have been handled from the start.
I understand policies, but the attitude and lack of basic customer service made this unnecessarily frustrating. Management should address this."
