"We appreciated the welcome given and also being given a room with a stunning view. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the sauna. Breakfasts, snacks, and evening meals were also very good. On a couple of occasions there were misunderstandings about the information given to us but the staff concerned were keen to address these and ensure that we were happy. "

"Hotel team amazing - professional, friendly, helpful, kind. Food was fantastic - creative, traditional, high quality. Location was a 10-15 min walk to main ski lifts, or there's a hotel shuttle. Our room was smaller but you can choose. I'd come back!"

"Personale molto gentile e disponibile, camera spaziosa e pulita, bagno un po’ datato ma comunque funzionante con tutto ciò che serve. Ottima posizione a madonna di campiglio nord per raggiungere a piedi gli impianti di risalita ma anche per spostarsi in macchina vista la possibilità di parcheggiare di fronte all’hotel. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in mezza pensione e al ristorante dell’hotel abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, offrono opzioni anche per vegetariani. Buona anche la colazione."
