hotel bruyant et personnel pas très accueillant,

je ne recommande pas cet hôtel car il est bruyant, le personnel n'est pas accueilllant, ne parle ni anglais et encore moins le français. Ils n'ont fait aucun effort pour communiquer avec nous et rien ne nous a été expliqué sur le fonctionnement du club et les animations.

Potenzialità maggiori

Il soggiorno è andato bene, ma perché Tropea è poco distante, come sono poco distante spiaggie bellissime come Grotticelle, Rieci, Zambrone,... alla fine vale la pena andare in un B&B o in un Hotel. Il villaggio è pressochè invivibile.

Village de vacance à éviter

Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un village vacances. L'accueil n'est pas agréable, ils ont du oublier ce qu'est un sourire. C'est la première fois que je suis dans un village de vacance avec autant d'interdits!!!! Aussi bien sur la plage que dans tout le reste du village. Tout est payant est à quel prix deux à trois fois plus cher qu'à l'extérieur. La propreté des chambres est à revoir totalement. Le seul point positif de ce village est la plage, malheureusement les contrôles permanents et les réflexions des surveillants de la plage gâchent vos journées. En toute honnêteté tous les avis favorables que nous avons lu avant de choisir ce soit disant hôtel sont faux. Je suis très déçu par ce village vacance et je pense que votre site devrait mieux contrôler les avis, car ce village de vacance est nul dans tous les critères qui font que vous passez d'agréable vacance. À éviter absolument.

Salve,sono rimasto deluso al massimo da questa struttutra,il personale incompetente e maleducatissimo,incapaci di risolvere problemi normalissimi,la colazione pessima e tutte le mattine si rompe puntualmente la macchinetta del caffe messa a disposizione per gli ospiti all'interno del buffet scarso,mal gestito,e sporco..... La mia camera era pulita per modo di dire,il bagno riportava segni di ruggine e sporcizia ovunque,per 11 giorni non ho usato gli asciugamani per via del mal odore che emanavo e le macchie nere....la mia valutazione globale è di due su dieci per essere carino,non consiglierei questo albergo a nessuno....

4 stelle se le sognano!!

Non vale assolutamente 4 stelle; camere vecchie e non pulite alla perfezione, per il ristorante la colazione era scarsissima ed il personale poco disponibile; (non ho ne pranzato ne cenato ma non credo ci sia molta differenza). L'unica nota positiva è la struttura esterna (piscine, spiaggia) abbastanza bella. Non ci ritornerò!!!!
