Everything was nice. The check-in time is until 22:00 due to the availability of reception, so plan it well before coming. The breakfast was really nice and the staff was also friendly.

The reception and cleaning staff were lovely but the room was below good. The tap was not screwed in and it was small and scruffy. Also I was next to the hallway door so was kept up by it slamming all night.

Tout était fantastique, uniquement que j'avait trop froid peut-être pour la date 19 avril le chauffage général était désactivé. Peut-être ils ont des chauffages électriques individuel pour qui besoin, mais je n'ai pas demandé. Merci pour tout.

Remboursé la nuit

Premier jour, il serait important de préciser que l'on ne peut pas payer une grande partie du séjour avec les chèques vacances ( l'hôtel n'accepte qu'a hauteur de 30€ pour les deux jours passés sur place) arrivée dans la chambre fenêtre ouverte un froid de Sibérie il est 22 h . Pas de savon pour pouvoir se laver ou prendre une douche. Annonce faites pour trois personnes et des serviettes uniquement pour deux . Petit déjeuner intercontinental au compte goutte, pour ce qui est des viennoiseries par lots de 5 unités des œufs froids ,pains en tranches asséché , le pire du séjour fut la seconde nuitée du bruit , tapage nocturne à partir de 22h sans interruption, je décide d’appeler la réception il est 23h23 à la réception elle me dit qu’elle va envoyer le veilleur de nuit il est venu taper à la porte des voisins à 0h55 il a fait quoi tout ce temps là ? Le calme n’est revenu dans l’hôtel que vers 1h30 du matin , on a réussi à s’endormir vers 2h du matin pour se lever à 5h quelle nuit pourrie…. On a pas eu la protection de l’hôtel qui devait nous garantir le repos .. je demande à être remboursé !! De cette nuit d’hôtel . Pour information nous étions là pour le travail cet hôtel était soi-disant à 12,8 km de distance de notre lieu de travail sur votre site hôtels. Com alors qu’en réalité il est situé à 19km donc je vous laisse imaginer tous les désagréments subis…

Le séjour s'est globalement bien passé. La chambre est propre. Le personnel est bien veillant. Cependant, l'insonorisation est très mauvaise. Vous pouvez entendre la voix de votre voisin de chambre ou sa télévision.

Personnel au top, mais...

Le personnel de l'hôtel était vraiment très accueillant et très professionnel. Le souci a été d'ordre sonore. Certains clients ne tiennent pas compte du fait que les murs sont fins, que l'insonorisation est quasi inexistante. Je suis venue à Villeneuve pour travailler ; les nuitées dans ces conditions ne m'ont pas permis le repos requis. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour de travail.
